Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie - Brona - Medium - Young - Female
Brona is now about 2 years old. Brona weighs 35 lbs approximately and is full grown. Brona is a very sweet girl but received poor socialization training as a puppy and can be fearful of new situations, but is getting past these issues with training and positive reinforcement in a loving foster home environment. She is really a wonderful dog and loyal to her pet parents. She was previously at Metzgers and was doing better socializing with other dogs and people, but needed the extra TLC that a foster home can provide. She does know how to use a doggie door and is easily house trained to her environment once acclimated to her new home. She appears to be okay with other dogs and cats with slow and patient introductions. Does well with older children >10 who are "dog responsible". She loves to go for walks with you, rides well in the car and is ready to go to her furever home! This little gem of a dog just needs the right furever home to blossom further with patient and consistent training. This pet is currently in a foster home but can be brought up to the Woodstock Animal Foundation satellite site at Petsmart location- 10308 Westport Rd for meet and greet.
